Full amount needs to be settled at booking stage.
Tables are kept for 20 minutes after the reservation time.

Reservation Policy:
a. Reservations can be made online through our official website or by calling our reservation hotline. We encourage guests to make reservations in advance to secure their preferred date and time.
b. Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to table availability.
c. We accept reservations for both individuals and groups.
d. For groups of 10 or more, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss special arrangements.

Reservation Confirmation:
a. A reservation is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from Cameleon Rodizio & Grill. Please ensure that your contact information is provided accurately during the reservation process.
b. For online reservations, please check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation message. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Reservation Cancellations and Changes:
a. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
b. Failure to notify us of a cancellation or modification within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, depending on the circumstances.
c. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Reservation Arrival:
a. We kindly request guests to arrive on time for their reservation. In case of delay, please inform us as soon as possible. We will hold your reservation for a maximum of 20 minutes, after which it may be released to accommodate other guests.

Seating Preferences:
a. While we strive to accommodate specific seating preferences, such as window views, balcony or private areas, we cannot guarantee them. Seating assignments are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Special Occasions and Events:
a. If you are celebrating a special occasion or planning a private event at Cameleon Rodizio & Grill, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and make your experience memorable.

Pricing and Payments:
a. Our menu prices are subject to change without prior notice.
b. Payment for the dining experience can be made at the restaurant using cash, credit cards, or other accepted forms of payment.
c. Any additional services, such as special menu items, beverages, or event services, will be charged separately as per our prevailing rates.

Liability:
a. Cameleon Rodizio & Grill is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that may occur during your visit to our restaurant, unless it results from our proven negligence.
b. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms and conditions, displays inappropriate behavior, or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of our staff and other guests.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. Cameleon Rodizio & Grill reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our official website, and your continued use of our reservation services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
